You can now upgrade your AXiS pedals to include our AXiS Spike Strip. Designed specifically for all AXiS pedals, this new Base Plate Upgrade Kit comes equipped with two steel spurs to provide extra holding power - say goodbye to kick drum slip.
Please Note - This Base Plate Upgrade Kit will not work on older AXiS Wideboard Pedals, previously called the Laser Model. The Base Plates on these Laser pedals are a slightly different design.
The Base Plate Upgrade Kit is available in silver or black and is compatible with all generations and models of AXiS Pedals (Apart from the LASER model). This is an easy upgrade to make - no modification or alteration to your pedals needed! Simply swap out the old for the new in just a few minutes. - Springs - our MicroTune® Spring Tensioner comes with a heavy-duty spring while our Standard Spring Assembly comes with a medium-duty spring. These springs are interchangeable between our spring assemblies. If you are looking for a different spring option than what comes standard, please order an AXiS Care Kit which includes both spring options.
